Maintenance

We're doing a full maintenance run on all our systems. We're upgrading the services, putting in migrations for the database and the GraphQL APIs.

We're ingestion telemetry into our DB which requires some changes to the infrastructure.

Second attempt at ingesting telemetry on the VM. The computing resources were not sufficient the first time and so we need to factor that in.
